Getting Started

Download the MenosFlash App
Install MenosFlash on your Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 from the Galaxy Store.

Enter Your API Key
When you open the app, paste your API key to link your account to your watch.

Start Wearing Your Watch
MenosFlash will begin learning your patterns and sending you alerts within 24 hours.

Adjust Settings (Optional)
Customize alert sensitivity and notification preferences in the app settings.
